Alabama Department of Public Health Is Seeking Youth Ambassadors for Tobacco Education Program

The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking motivated students who would be interested in serving as ambassadors for tobacco education programs in Lauderdale County. The Youth Empowerment Program will provide training for interested students. YEP! Students will participate in community activities such as Red Ribbon Week, The Great American Smokeout, Kick Butts Day, and Keep the Shoals Beautiful projects. Interested students can contact Jabari Sullen at 764-7453 or Valerie Thigpen at 757-2101. Ms. King can also submit your name, but act quickly about applying.
